Collection

Please do not place your cake on a car seat as these tend to tilt backwards and could cause damage. The cake should be placed either in the footwell or ideally the boot.

A time for collection will be mutually agreed. Please adhere to this time as other collections will be taking place.  If for any reason you are unable to collect at the agreed time, please let us  know.

Alterations

Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and maybe subject to additional charges

Non edible items

Every effort is made to ensure your cake is fully edible, however stacked cakes will have a non edible internal structure. Sugar models will have support sticks and/or wire inside. 

It is the clients responsibility to ensure these are remove before consumption of the cake

Allergies 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure allergen information is passed on to those consuming the cake.

Unless specified cakes may contain

NUTS, MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, SOYA, & GLUTEN

All our cakes are baked and decorated in an environment where nuts can be present 

Storage

Fondant covered cakes should not be stored in the fridge.  Store them in the box they were collected in, in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.  Storing fondant cakes in the fridge will cause condensation and may effect the look of your cake (though the taste is unaffected)

Buttercream cakes can be stored in the fridge, taken out an hour before consumption 

Publication

We reserve the right to use any of our images of a cake made by us for publication at a later date
